Designed to provide a wide range of Logo linked activities, pupils can either freely explore the Roamer world or can carry out one of the many projects provided which cover a wide range of abilities with links to many of the curriculum areas.
The control pad can be chosen to suit the abilities and experience of the pupils. At the simplest level this will be a control pad made up of four colour coded buttons for moving the turtle forwards, backwards, left and right.
A more complex control pad allows the pupil to change the distance moved or turned and to enter a list of commands before clicking on the 'go' button.
